1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material commonly referred to as "High-temperature resistance fiber". It can be curled or straightened using an Electronic Hair stick at temperatures below 120 degrees Celsius. The ideal temperature range is typically around 70-90 degrees Celsius. It is important to be cautious of using high temperatures when styling the hair, as it can cause damage.

2. Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color for an extended period of time. Additionally, hair cream rinses cannot be washed inside the wig cap.

3. Steps for wearing the wig: a. Gently comb the wig with a specialized comb (excluding curly wigs); b. Secure the wig cap using the buckle; c. Apply wig care solution and style the wig hair as desired.

4. Cleaning and caring for the wig: Start by straightening out the wig, then add a small amount of shampoo to cold water. Soak the wig for 5-10 minutes, gently wash, rinse thoroughly with water, pat dry with a towel, and allow to air dry naturally. Optionally, a care solution can be applied after drying.

5. Factors such as computer monitors, lighting, camera resolution, and individual perception of color may lead to slight color variations. Please be aware that all wigs, made of 100% high-temperature fiber, may experience minimal shedding, especially during initial wear. Colors may appear slightly different based on personal device settings. Hand-trimmed wigs may have slight variations in style across different batches. The wig cap size is adjustable with a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches (51-53cm, with a 1-2cm error). Each package includes 1 wig.
