Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. Generally, the appropriate temperature is around 70-90 ℃, as excessive heat can cause permanent damage to the hair.

Furthermore, our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color over time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, place the wig on top, adjust the inner net buckle, and secure the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly, dry with a towel, and gently shake the wig to restore its style before allowing it to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling may occur with all wigs, especially when first worn. This is normal, and using a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair from roots to ends will minimize shedding and tangling. It is recommended to use your fingers for curly wigs.

As our wigs are hand-trimmed, there may be slight variations in hairstyle across different batches. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Colors may also vary slightly depending on individual computer or cell phone monitor settings; however, we make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our products.

Please note that due to packaging or transportation, the wig may be slightly out of shape upon receipt. Simply take a few minutes to comb it out or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original shape as pictured.
