1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at a temperature of less than 120 ℃. It is recommended to use a temperature of about 70-90 ℃ as high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

2. Our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of a hair cuticle to retain the color for a long time. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Steps for wearing the wig: a. Gently comb with a wide-tooth comb; b. Put on the wig cap; c. Place the wig on and adjust the inner net buckle; d. Secure the wig in place.

4. Cleaning and caring for the wig: Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; apply shampoo in cold or warm water; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to restore its style and allow it to dry naturally.

5. Shedding and tangle issues: All wigs may shed and tangle slightly, especially when first worn, which is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from end to root to prevent further shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with fingers.

6. Hairstyle and color variations: All wigs are trimmed by hand, so there may be slight differences in hairstyle from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig to suit your preferences. Colors may vary slightly due to personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors on all our products.
