Our wig product is crafted from Kanekalon fiber, known as "High-temperature resistance fiber," making it thermostable. This material allows the wig to be styled with an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120 degrees Celsius, with the most suitable range being around 70-90 degrees Celsius. However, it is crucial to exercise caution and avoid high temperatures when curling or straightening the hair, as excessive heat could cause damage.

This wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the absence of a hair cuticle to maintain color longevity. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap are non-washable.

When wearing the wig, follow these steps: gently comb with a specialized comb (except for curly wigs), secure the wig cap with the buckle, and spray a wig care solution before styling according to your preference.

To clean and care for the wig, straighten it out, apply shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly, towel dry, and allow it to air dry before spraying with a care solution.

It is normal for all wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially during initial wear. To address this, use professional metal combs to gently detangle the hair, starting from the ends and working your way up, ensuring the wig fiber remains intact. For curly wigs, it is recommended to use fingers for combing.

Please note that all wigs are hand-trimmed, resulting in slight variations in hairstyle across batches. You can customize the style according to your preferences. Colors may also vary slightly depending on individual computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent colors in all our products.

This product is 100% brand new and made from high-temperature fiber, with a length of approximately 65cm for the wig and 55cm for the ponytail. The wig may appear misshapen upon receipt due to compression during packaging or transit. Simply comb it out or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will regain its original form.

The cap size is adjustable, with a maximum circumference of approximately 20-21 inches (51-53cm), and variations of 1-2cm are normal. The package includes 1 wig and 2 ponytails.
