Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120℃. Generally, the recommended temperature is about 70-90℃, as high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed as there are no hair cuticles to hold the color for a long period of time, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

To wear the wig properly, follow these steps: gently comb with a wide-tooth comb, put on the wig cap, adjust the inner net buckle, and then secure the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb, use shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse, dry with a towel, shake gently to regain style, and allow to dry naturally.

It is normal for wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially when first worn. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb from end to root to prevent shedding and tangling. Curly wigs are recommended to be combed with fingers.

Hairstyles and colors may vary slightly due to hand trimming and monitor settings. Restyling the wig is possible, and colors may vary depending on personal computer or cell phone monitor settings.

Please note that due to packaging and transport, the wig may be out of shape when received. Simply comb or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original shape.
