1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120 ℃. Generally, the appropriate temperature is around 70-90 ℃, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

2. Our wig product cannot be dyed due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color for an extended period. The hair cream rinses inside the wig cap also cannot be washed.

3. Steps for wearing the wig: a. gently comb with a wide-tooth comb; b. put on the wig cap; c. place the wig on, adjust the inner net buckle; d. secure the wig in place.

4. Wig cleaning and care instructions: detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; use shampoo in cold or warm water; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake to regain style, then air dry.

5. Shedding and tangling issues: All wigs may shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to address shedding and tangles, combing from end to root.

6. Hairstyle and color variations: Wigs are hand-trimmed, so the hairstyle may vary slightly between batches. Restyling is possible to suit your preferences. Colors may appear different depending on computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to represent colors accurately in all our products.
